Amy Osborn

bio

Amy Osborn was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She was introduced to watercolors when she was a toddler by her grandmother and has been expanding her creative practice ever since. Amy has zeroed in on her focus of wildlife and farm animals creating an array of recognizable characters. Amy blends acrylic, ink and watercolor, establishing a gentle and approachable world. Community is also a big part of Amy’s practice. She has spent her free time creating small art pieces and over two thousand painted rocks for her neighborhood during the pandemic to keep morale high. She is currently being supported by the progressive art studio Elbow Room.
