Andy Louie is a multimedia artist from Portland, Oregon. He uses digital drawing software and traditional drawing materials to capture what sees in the world. Recurring subjects include people, animals, and environments. His videos, animations, and digital art have been exhibited at Gallery 114, the Hoffman Gallery at Lewis & Clark College, Gallery 1122, and the Hollywood Theater at PDX. Andy is a longtime member of digital media collective Video Tones and one half of the musical duo Jandyband, whose debut album Wavy Process released in December of 2024.
